1. Services

Aqua Pro Services provides water treatment services, including system service and repair, installations, and certified-laboratory water testing, in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. Quotes, scheduling, and availability are confirmed directly with you; a website form submission is a request, not a booking, until we confirm it.

2. SMS and mobile communications

Program name: Aqua Pro Services messaging. Purpose: service-related texts only — quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, missed-call follow-up messages, and customer review requests. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Consent: You opt in by (a) checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms, or (b) calling our business line at (727) 342-0091 — a missed or unanswered call may receive a one-to-one conversational reply text so we can help you. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: varies by your activity — typically 1–4 messages per conversation thread. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP (also END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or contact us.

Supported carriers: major U.S. carriers. Aqua Pro Services and the carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information: as stated in our Privacy Policy, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Website use

The site’s content is for general information about our services. Do not misuse the site — no scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to disrupt it. Real installation photos are our own property; do not copy them without permission.

4. Payments and pricing

Quotes are honored as written for the period stated. Payment terms are agreed per job before work begins.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aqua Pro Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
